Dinoco successfully delivered an impactful hoarding design for Karatera’s new development site. The project showcases our ability to create eye-catching, informative site hoardings that effectively market luxury residential properties.
Our design features a cohesive branding strategy with a sophisticated color scheme of navy blue and gold. Large, high-quality images of the apartments’ exteriors and interiors give potential buyers a clear vision of the finished product. The hoarding prominently displays the development’s name, tagline, and unique selling points, emphasizing the exclusive nature of the community and its target demographic.
We incorporated multiple calls-to-action, including a phone number for the show apartment and website information, ensuring interested parties can easily take the next step. The matching promotional materials (as seen in the foreground) demonstrate our capacity to create a unified marketing campaign across various mediums.
