What we collect

This site has no enquiry form. Visit measurement runs only if you accept it.

• If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that message: your name, email address, and the details of the project.
• The company that hosts the site keeps connection logs, which can include your IP address, the page requested, and the time, so the site can be delivered and protected.
• If you accept on the cookie notice, an analytics provider receives visit counts: pages opened, and how you arrived. Details are in the cookies policy.
• Your browser stores a short note in session storage so the project image can animate back to the ring. That note stays on your device, is cleared when the tab session ends, and is not sent to us. It is not a cookie.

Why we use it

We read and reply to enquiries so we can discuss and carry out work you have asked about. The legal basis is steps towards a contract. We keep host logs because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure site. You can object to that use. Visit measurement is used only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent on the cookies policy page. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept until the conversation is finished, and for up to two years after the last message, so we can pick the work back up if it continues. Ask us and we will delete an enquiry sooner when we have no duty to keep it. Host logs follow the host’s own retention period.

Who else sees it

Email to [email protected] is handled by our email provider. Pages are served by our website host. Both see the technical data needed to deliver the message or the page. Fonts are stored on this site, so visiting a page does not send your IP address to a font service. If you accept visit measurement, an analytics provider also receives the visit data described in the cookies policy, and may process it outside the UK.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to use based on legitimate interests. Where the information was given for a contract, you can ask for a portable copy. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
